my cooking - masala dosa

          Masala Dosa with Kandhari Chutney

I try out dishes in an easier way.since I'm always busy with my children ....
Here I used the dosa instant powder to make the dosa mavu ( like double horse, nirapara, vijay  etc...) .The only thing when u mix the powder in a mixie blend it well nice and smooth and the batter should be warm enough to let it raise over night.

Next morning you  will find the batter well raised it will make your dosa  very soft .
